3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must clearly state return, refund, and warranty policies.

• Vendors must not sell counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal goods.

• BWSONLINE reserves the right to delist any vendor found in violation of these terms.

4. Product Listings and Intellectual Property

• Vendors must have the legal right to sell the products they list.

• Product descriptions must not mislead or deceive customers.

• All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, must be respected.

• BWSONLINE reserves the right to remove listings that infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Order Processing & Payments

• Orders are processed through BWSONLINE’s secure payment system.

• Customers must ensure accurate billing and shipping details when placing an order.

• Vendors receive payments after successful order confirmation and delivery.

• BWSONLINE may withhold payments in cases of disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.

• Any fraudulent transaction will be investigated and may result in legal action.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Vendors manage their own shipping and are responsible for meeting delivery timelines.

• Shipping costs are set by vendors and displayed at checkout.

• Customers will receive tracking details if provided by the vendor.

• BWSONLINE is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages.

• Vendors must comply with international shipping laws where applicable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Each vendor must define and display their return and refund policies.

• Buyers should review vendor-specific return policies before making a purchase.

• If a customer is unsatisfied with an order, they must first contact the vendor.

• In cases of unresolved disputes, BWSONLINE may mediate but does not guarantee refunds.

• Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, digital items) may be non-refundable.

• Vendors must process approved refunds in a timely manner.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.

• Engage in fraudulent transactions, false advertising, or deceptive practices.

• Use BWSONLINE for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

• Violate intellectual property rights of others.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

• BWSONLINE does not assume responsibility for tax compliance of individual vendors.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between buyers and vendors should be resolved directly.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, BWSONLINE may assist but is not obligated to mediate.
